"Keluarga dia itu, bukan sombong ya, tapi memang anti sama entertain. Dia emang bener-bener lihat Daus ya Daus, bukan Daus Mini yang di TV," ujar Daus Mini.

Sebenarnya, keluarga calon istrinya merasa tak suka saat Daus Mini tampil dalam acara talk show beberapa waktu lalu.
Daus Mini pun berpikir tak akan menerima tawaran tampil di televisi.
Ia ingin menghindari cibiran dan komentar negatif orang-orang terhadapnya soal masa lalunya.
Jelang hari pernikahannya dengan Shelvie Hana Wijaya, Daus Mini pun merasa lebih gugup.
Ketegangan ini muncul karena pernikahannya kali ini berbeda dari sebelumnya.
"Lebih deg-degan karena disaksikan oleh keluarga, ya, pokoknya beda lah. Kalau kemarin, kan, keluarga dan enggak diramein. Sekarang, kan, diramein," kata Daus Mini, dikutip dari Kompas.
