Hotman melontarkan sindiran tersebut melalui Instagram miliknya, hotmanparisofficial, pada Senin (3/12/2018).
Ia mengatakan bahwa ada orang yang 'nyinyir' pada dirinya.
Lalu, ia menanggapi dengan mengatakan dirinya tak pernah bermasalah dengan janda, harta warisan, maupun rumah butut yang dibagi dua.
"Banyak lawyers di Asia dan di pusat keuangan London dan Wall Street mengatakan banyak preseden hukum bisnis di Indonesia tercipta dari kasus-kasus hukum Hotman Paris.
Hotman Paris adalah penganggum The God Father yang mengatakan laki-laki itu nggal boleh careless nggak boleh nyinyir, yah nyinyit-nyinyirin orang sukses gitu lo.
Lu nggak bisa saingin gue, Hotman Paris ini sudah go international, tuh lihat tuh semua koran-koran dunia tentang Hotman, itu nggak ada berita tentang janda sama harta gono-gini, cuma rumah butut aja dibagi dua," ujarnya.

"Hampir semua punya Hotman Paris, jadi yang suka nyinyir sama gue udah deh stop deh nyinyirnya, wanita itu butuh cowok yang berduit, jangan cuma mulutnya yang nyinyir," ujarnya.
Sementara dikutip dari Tribun Sumsel, Hotman diketahui melejit setelah krisis moneter di tahun 1998.
