Selain Ivan Gunawan mendapatkan hadiah kulkas dari Edric Tjandra, rumahnya juga ditaksir memiliki harga miliaran.
Pada Agustus 2018, Ivan Gunawan sempat mengungkap bahwa dirinya tengah membangun sebuah rumah di Bali.
Bahkan kabarnya, harga rumah tersebut mencapai miliaran Rupiah.
Pada saat itu pembangunan rumahnya masih mencapai 70 persen.
"Doakan aja ya pembayaran semua lancar, say," ungkap Ivan.

"Jadi utang juga nggak bikin bete," lanjutnya.
Rumah tersebut dibangun dengan hasil kerja kerasnya selama berkarier di dunia pertelevisian.
Ia juga mengungkap bahwa pekerjaannya tersebut membuatnya tak bisa langsung melunasi pembangunan rumahnya.
"Ya, namanya pekerja televisi yang penting nyaman. Rumah besar juga kalau kita tidak merasakan sendiri juga percuma," ungkap Ivan.
Belakangan ini, rupanya rumah Ivan di Bali tersebut sudah siap untuk dihuni.
Melalui laman Instagramnya, Ivan membagikan momen saat dirinya tengah menikmati waktu bersantai di kolam renang yang ada di rumahnya.
Beruntungnya, sahabat Ivan, Edric Tjandra juga ikut membantu untuk mengisi rumah baru Ivan tersebut.
Tak tanggung-tanggung, Edric menghadiahi Ivan sebuah perabotan mahal.

Melansir dari Instagram Story Ivan, Edric memberinya sebuah kulkas dua pintu dengan teknologi yang cukup canggih.
Kulkas tersebut juga memiliki desain yang sangat minimalis.
Sambil memamerkan kulkas barunya, Ivan mengucapkan terima kasih pada Edric, "Kokoh, thank you, Kokoh, thank you."
Pada video selanjutnya, terlihat seorang pria di belakang Ivan sedang merapikan isi kulkas barunya.
Ivan pun kembali mengucapkan terima kasih pada Edric.
"Kokoh once again terimakasih, komplit deh rumahnya because of Kokoh, tuh Cici lagi ngerapiin kulkas," ujar Ivan dalam sebuah Instagram Strory.
